1.Will shipping and handling be included in the pricing? No, shipping and handing will be added to your total up on check out.

3. How long will it take to ship my order once I submit payment? Once your payment is approved, your shipping will go out with in 3- 5 business days). We typically will ship all products after hours.

4. What are your hours of operation? Tues- Fri (6 PMET-1030 PM ET and Saturday (12PM ET~ 5PM ET) We observe all US Holidays

5. Do you accept returns? Yes, we do, please review the terms and conditions as well as our return policy online. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY CHARGE BACKS!

7. Do you ship outside of the US? Yes. We are not responsible for any international charges that incur

9. What do I do if an item I want is out of stock? You will be able to place your order. A non refundable deposit will be required when placing an order for an item that is out of stock.
